100-hour Primary Training Certificate issued by an approved trainer (AAM or SPCP)

Letter of Apprenticeship (5 Eyebrows, 5 Eyeliner, 5 Lips)

Before/After Photos of Apprenticeship Procedures (must show entire procedure area)
